Agreement
These terms cover testaforte.dev and the HTML5 games made by Testaforte Entertainment. By using this site or playing our games, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or games.

Our games and this site are for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please don't copy, sell, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer or re-host them, or use them for any commercial purpose, without our written permission. For licensing, use the form on our homepage or email us.
Our Intellectual Property
The games, artwork, music, text, videos and the Testaforte name and logo are owned by or licensed to Testaforte Entertainment and are protected by copyright and other laws. Using our games doesn't give you any ownership of them.
Game Portals, App Stores and Other Sites
When you play our games on a game portal or app store, that site's own terms also apply. Links to other sites are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
No Warranty
The site and games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise they will always be available, error-free or that saved scores or settings will be kept.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Testaforte Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the site or games. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the game involved, if anything. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
